About us

Our Story

Born in the Himalayas, we were privileged to live in the company of blue skies, clear drinkable water, green forests and clean pollution free air. We knew of life being lived no other way. As years passed and we became adults, we moved to big cities for education, jobs, etc. but eventually we came back home. In this time, we have seen the impact of humans on the world around us and beyond. We are land dwellers at heart and have deep within us a sense of belonging and duty towards our earth.

She, our Earth is in danger from all of us, be it deforestation, unplanned & excessive construction, intensive farming, plastic pollution, excessive use of chemical fertilizers. The list is frankly very long. From this conundrum the idea of Sheearth was born. This is a small initiative by us and our first step in this direction is to provide you with locally produced, sustainable, healthy, chemical free, non GMO produce at your doorsteps.

You know how they say: We are the ones we have been waiting for and We are the change that we seek.

Our Mission

We want to bust the myths and limiting beliefs about what it takes to be a profitable business. Instead of relying on pushy marketing tactics, woke washing, and doing more and doing it faster, and growing like crazy. I want to flip the script and talk about how businesses that are true to their purpose are more sustainable and more profitable.

Our business aligns with our personal values of honesty, transparency and integrity.

Our
Values

Conscientiousness, Honesty, Integrity.

I believe our business is a microcosms of the world we are building, and through it we can achieve personal success while also creating real, lasting, impactful change to the most insidious problems facing the world.

About the founder

Archana, a CS professional for 10 plus years and proud parent of two dogs – had been dabbling with the idea of starting something where she can make a difference and give back to the community she comes from. She conceptualised the brand in 2018 and slowly worked towards bringing it to life. She loves spending time with her furry kids, walking bare feet on the ground and deep talks with her husband, Abhinav.
