Delivery policy of SheEarth Collective Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited applies to all its subsidiaries and affiliated brands.
- Once Shipped, delivery usually takes from 3 to 9 working days depending on location.
- Products are delivered all across India.
- After the order is accepted by Sheearth Collective Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited, a confirmation email or SMS or call will be sent or made to the customer.
- The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address in any circumstances.
While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details:
- Name of the recipient
- Flat number/house number
- Name of the building/society
- Name of the road/street
- Nearest Landmark:
- Contact number landline/mobile
- Email address
Sheearth Collective Enterprise (OPC) Private Limited will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers
- Non availability of the recipients at the address
- Customer not attending the call of the delivery person and the order is marked as returned
- Premises locked/ closed
- Address is invalid
- In case of civil disturbances, floods, Heavy Rains, National strike/bandh or in any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.
Please Note:
- Customers are advised to make an unboxing video once they receive their order. In case of any damage, loss or missing items, it becomes easier to raise claims.
