Cancellation, Return & Refund policy

Cancellations

As a policy, orders once processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. If you request to cancel the order on our WhatsApp support 24 hours before it is processed, we will cancel your order and process a full refund. Further, the whole order amount for the products ordered by you will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your location. 

Returns

Apples and Pears are a perishable product, which is why they cannot be naturally stored for long durations of time. Hence as a policy, any order once delivered cannot be returned.

Replacements

In a case where, a recipient has received the package where:

More than 10% (i.e. more than 4 -5 apples in a 5 kg box depending on the size you purchase) are completely damaged – We may, at our discretion, consider refund of such damaged quantities of Apples/Pears only, provided the Recipient provides pictures of the completely damaged Apples/Pears. However the recipient shall report such damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any complaint received after 24 hours of delivery of the package will not be entertained.

Please Note: 1-2 Apples being spoilt due to heat or other factors  such as shipping is a normal loss of goods and will not be compensated for. Since we don’t apply pesticides and fungicides, there might be a rare chance of getting an apple with rot, please don’t worry about it. Please let us know and we’ll help you out.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Customers are advised to make an unboxing video once they receive their order. In case of any damage, loss or missing items, it becomes easier to raise claims.
  • In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item.
  • Customers are also advised to transfer the fruits to a fridge or a cold, dark, and airy place as soon as possible. This will help in slowing the ripening process.
  • Fruit weight is always measured at harvest. 5-10% weight loss can occur due to moisture loss while ripening and shipping.
 

Refunds

Once all required details are shared by a customer in the stipulated time, we process refunds within 24-48 hours.
