These Apples are from our own farms situated in the famed Apple belt of Himachal Pradesh. We use Traditional, Sustainable, Natural farming practices in our orchards.
The Variety box will have at least 2 of the 3 varieties in any given box depending on availability. The 3 varieties will be: Royal Delicious, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious.
Recommended use – Eating fresh, adding to salads, or making jams and vinegar. They are great for juicing and smoothies. You can also slice and dice them and eat with Black Pepper/Pink Salt.
Harvest & Shipping – Mid September onwards
Please Note: Apples start loosing moisture after they are harvested resulting in loss of weight. It is normal for them to loose upto 10-15% of their weight as time progresses.
